  • What is your return policy?

    We offer a 14-day free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached (if applicable) to be eligible for a return.

  • How do I return an item?

    To return an item, please email our customer service at contact@noonshirts.com with your order number and the reason for return or through our website. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Simply pack up your items and send them back to us.

  • How long will it take to get my refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $60. For orders under $60, standard shipping fees will apply. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to all locations within the United States and Canada. More international shipping will soon be available —stay tuned for updates!

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
